We want you to absolutely love your order and we believe that making you happy and in love with your item should be top priority. If something isn't right with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to fix it for you. Please note that all items are handmade, and it is possible to have slight variations or imperfections present due to the handmade process of our prints, tees, mugs and totes. 

SHIPPING

Art Prints

All of our art prints are 100% made to order and fully customizable. They will generally ship out within 3 business days. 

Apparel
Our apparel is all printed and made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for it to ship out. 

Returns + Refunds 

Because each of our items is handmade and printed to order, at this time, BebChic does not offer refunds. All sales are final.

If your item has arrived damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt, otherwise your claim will not be accepted.

Please note that our process is handmade and unique, and very small imperfections on the prints might be present. This is not a defect, but simply a statement that you're ordering a one-of-a-kind item. 

Exchanges

We do our best to correctly identify and present sizing info. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges due to incorrect sizing. Please make sure to properly measure before ordering. 

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

We use USPS First Class Mail with tracking. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We do not accept any postage due return shipments.
